 Just until politicans can figure a way to get there sticky fingers in there and tax it so that it looks like they are doing us a favor, next so they  can make sure nary a penny of it slips by taxation. The it will be okay and they will look like heros.
It has not been to many years ago that most states did not have lottery's.
Now I don't know if any state is without one. God Bless Wahington D.C.
