Uh huh. Fine, I'll play along. Most of the world's 1.2B smokers are in developing or transitional economies. Round these parts, smokers as a percentage of the populi has declined or leveled off. This should not be a revelation. Of course, they all seem to be doubling down on vice at the casinos we patronize, ergo you may be confused or baffled!
