I bet even a raindrop on the Caddy is rare. I bet nobody sat in the back seat yet either. Good luck next week. Supposed to be frigid though. They say it will be below 0 at night up here.

Awesome story with another happy ending, an amazing payout for nickel denomination gimmick game, you've shown its volatile potential to us.

Good stuff Ted, you were certainly on a "Hot Roll" (I guess pun intended for that!)

Thanks alpax. Prior to this the best I ever managed on nickels was a 40,000 coin hit (2k) in Indiana when playing Multi-Strike. I hit AWAK on the top line about 3 minutes after sitting down to play. It was the middle machine of 3 machines and boy did I get death stares from the two players beside me. Oh well.

Good luck to you.

Great hits and congrats...whether I believe or not (or anyone else does or does not) does not change anything for anyone anywhere.    As someone who I recently met reminded me who has a lot of wisdom, I am not going to have any better, or worse, luck the next time I play based on what Ted (or anyone else here) received or did not receive in Joliet.  It's a matter of decorum and trust to simply believe a player, or poster here, who claims a certain result, and who posts pictures showing the results......I never should have doubted anyone's pictures, so for that I apologize.   Again, as my friend said, what does it hurt to just believe someone, to just choose to believe they are telling the truth instead of stirring up strife and conflict by insinuating doubt, for which you have no proof anyway?    And, if by chance, someone really is so desperate and hollow that they feel the need to concoct totally fictitious or exaggerated stories about make believe video poker hands, well as my friend also said, "So WHAT?  that person has MUCH bigger issues and problems than you or I could ever possibly begin to comprehend, and having you or I "CALL" them on their BS accomplishes nothing at all, and in fact will only cause resentment and strife."     Wisdom for the ages I suppose......

I am still having difficulty posting pictures but for those non-believers (and I can think of one in particular) I can try again to post the pictures.

Please try to figure it out. A hit like that really needs to be shown! And you played hot roll in Tunica? Give me heads up if you head down there next time!

Ted,
Congratulations on the great hits! I saw "Hot Roll" up at Downstream in OK in Dec. and watched a young woman make a killing sitting next to me. I'm gong to have to give it a try.

BTW: With my new phone update I too am having trouble uploading pics. Guess I need to quit playing my hits back and replace my 10 yr old Mac but it still works like a charm 99% of the time.

Vman I'll let you know when I'm going to head down there again next time.

Thanks Double L, I too was thinking about firing up and networking my old desktop just so I could upload the pictures.

why not simply email them (or text them via phone or whatever) to someone here and then have them upload the pics?  just a thought

I've thought of that but thank you. I'm pretty self-reliant and would rather try it on my own.

I've thought of that but thank you. I'm pretty self-reliant and would rather try it on my own. well i can certainly understand that! You could just simply try a different "browser" for the sake of posting your pictures here....I doubt the folks at Microsoft care if you used Mozilla (or vice versa) or any of the other Browsers in action. We have a lot of tech expertise here on this forum, perhaps if you just listed precisely what the issue or problems are that you see on your screen/browser, the conflict can be resolved post haste (i,e,  just cut and paste the actual error messages assuming they are error messages, etc.)     Don't fret TED, I am sure we can all solve this as a community!
