Who has hit a Royal in the first 5 minutes of play

First fifteen minutes last week! I didn't mind the extra ten minutes the machine clearly needed to warm up.

I used to save $20 to play a dollar machine on my way out the door. I didn't even sit down and got a Royal my first hand. About 3 weeks later after I had won $1600 on a slot machine I decided to play $100 on the $2 machine in the 'Big Room'. My second hand was dealt 3 to the Royal and got it. $8,000! After I was paid I decided to finish out my hundred and got 4 aces for $1600. I also got a Royal on my first hand on a 50 cent machine. The casino was crowded due to a drawing and it was the only machine open. The person next to me said the guy before me had just left after being paid for HIS Royal! I love these stories! One more time I put $100 in a $2 machine at Mandalay Bay and my third hand kept the Queen of Diamonds and drew the other 4 for $8,000. This was in an 8 year period so the average isn't that amazing but sure was fun!

Six great memories in eight years at those payouts is more than satisfying. Beats a grand Royal Flush per annum.

In late January, I stopped in at The Hide Out in Laughlin and hit on my first hand of the nite. Dealt King thru Ten of Spades and nine of diamonds.Threw away the straight and drew the Ace for an $1199 payout.

Bill, great payout to boot! I got $1,006 on a "Progressve" and recently a flat $1,000.
