I had heard a rumor about a large video poker jackpot paid at the Ameristar in Black Hawk, Co. Found this picutre on their website. It's hard to see clearly but the hand on TDB, AAAA4 dealt with a 10X muliplyer on Double STP quarters. Nice $100,000 hit!
