It's Lonely At The Top
I haven't been around videopokerforum for a few years. I've been doing some catching up through the old threads. I see where Bob Dancer is still taking heat for being a "snake oil salesman" from some quarters. I find it hilarious. That's not the only side Bob gets it from. He also gets it from longtime advanced AP's who blame him for "the ruination of advantage video poker." They take a dim view of him wising up the whole world to advantage video poker play. It's lonely at the top ain't it, Bob? LOL! Whenever I see you taking heat I'm always reminded of Joan Crawford. When questioned about the bad press she was taking her response was "my dear boy, imagine they didn't write about me at all."

Good to see you around mickey. This is tringlomane from WoV. FYI, Bob is on an extended break here if you didn't know. And WoV is going downhill too, a lot of the "knowledgeable" posters have given up there or post much more sporadically, including myself. And KewlJ got nuked recently too...real shame.
And "loose lips sink ships" or something like that, right?

Just spell the name right! If I have a pure max coin session per his direction and hit a $4,000 RF, you know I am getting his software the next day. Saving up for this splurge.

Thanks for stopping by MC. I have learned a heap about gambling from your posts on various boards over the years. Your stories are second to none.

you don't think the fact that the entire casino....."INDUSTRY" (it kills me to apply that word to Casinos) has essentially saturated the most prolific and profitable markets has anything to do with this? The fact that with the internet and all the instantaneous means and methods for sharing info, the general gambling populace is now more informed and armed for battle and better prepared than ever before has anything to do with anything?C'mon man.....it is a lot more complex, and a lot Bigger than one single solitary "dude" out there name "DANCER"........

It is more complex than just Dancer, but educating others on "winning plays" generally makes less winning plays available. Here's an extreme example, if there was ONE gaffed VP machine that pays back 120% longterm, do you keep it to yourself or tell other people about it?

Why would the 'knowledgeable' posters give up posting?

I'm not certain he has wised up that many. If you sit back and watch, most people play really stupid.
