Re: You never know from week to week..............
Congratulations on both. How long were you playing the DW machine before the RF?I was going down the bar top hitting machine after machine. I stand most the time since I move so much. If I find one game paying well I stick to it for a few and sit. This machine I hit the Royal on, I hit a Royal on it last Sept. while playing CS. I would say less then ten minutes.

I love these stories - congratulations!
My best one was I was completely out of money so decided to download my last $5 point play and play 2 hands of 50 cent denomination DDB. I got a flush and some other good hands then 3's with kicker. I switched to dollars to try it out and got 4's with kicker. I left the machine with $900, stopped at my favorite Triple Play dollar machine where I like to play $100 on my way out if I'm ahead. I got aces but only betting 2 because that's what I had left of the hundred. It was $320 so I played a few more hands at max bet and got a Royal for $4,000. Crazy!

Wildman, thought I was alone in moving from machine to machine. have a idea why you do so, but, I will not ask, as the math police/true believers will most certainly come swooping in.

Wildman, thought I was alone in moving from machine to machine. have a idea why you do so, but, I will not ask, as the math police/true believers will most certainly come swooping in. Notes, it's great that we can talk about our play here on the forum. We all play our own way, I say whatever works for you go for it.I am an odds player, so I start with JOB, if I hit a full house in the first 3 hands I am changing games. Why? Full house comes in 1 in 90 hands, sure you can hit them back to back but the odds say 1 in 90 so I change games, play out all the games on the 99% plus pay tables and move to the next machine. If I hit a 4ok I change games or move. If I hit a wild royal I change games or move. I try to play on slow days and early mornings to go down banks of machines. I been playing near even for 3 years now. I can't say the way I play is why, I just know it works for me. Been playing everything from 5 nickels to 5 dollars a hand and everything in between. Depending on how long I play in a day I play 30 to 60 machines. The casino in Mt. Pleasant MI. has over 200 machines. One of the main reasons I can play more even in my free play amount. Here is a year to date up date of my play. 2016Coin in $294,000Free play $4410Up $2020 with keno hit, up $270 with out keno hit.The Free play is not all from VP as I hit any promo's to get more if its worth my drive.

Once in a great while I play exactly like Wildman and never had a losing session doing so. I just can't seem to stick to it. I get planted, comfortable with my game and drink and...well you know the rest. So often, you walk up to a machine and the very first hand is a good one. The same goes for your last bet. So many times you will hit something playing your final credits. For the math guys, I will just say ahead of time....you are right and none of this makes any difference. However, follow someone around for a day or number of days who plays this way and you will see what we are talking about.

Wildman, thanks for response. let me see if I get what you are saying. while the RNG is supposed to be 100% random and the belief is that anything can happen at any time, you are playing your version of 'the odds', that certain hands will only occur so often. am I correct? when up, take your money and move to the next machine?
