Phil,
When the replacement machines came in there were a multitude of problems mainly from the initial set up. Since the machine have 100 play and 100 STP offered. The tech didn't set the screens up to show both screens full so if you chose STP you saw all the hands vs 100 play you lost the far left rows due to left ****. Then the machines screens needed multiple re-calibrations to make the touch portions correct. Touching 1-5 would often trigger "Max Play". But, these issues could be quickly resolved. It became a running joke between the tech and me. They'd see me on the floor and then come by and check the machines knowing I'd probably be hitting the "Service" light.

The biggest issue seemed to be the speed of the RNG. We all seemed to have timing issues and didn't catch the hits we were used to hitting. For the first few trips it seemed like we were chasing a Ferrari compared to the VW we had previously played. Timing still seems to be a issue but we are getting better. Kinda like learning the intricacies of a new car without a car manual.
