The lighter side... playing for entertainment, less concerned about "the math."

I'm sorry, what's AARP exactly?

Wow FAA...I guess some of us have a few years on you. I have been a member nearly 20 years and my dad over 40 years. Pick up a copy of their mag from a senior. There are some good articles in there. You will get there eventually, but don't rush. Unfortunately, time just flies by at our ages. I mean really flies. Worse than the casino and that fly's by too.

Hey. I want to share an interesting website 777slotgames. net/most-popular, where you can play popular online slot machines. Large selection of colorful and interesting slot machines. A good bonus program. Turn back as much as your soul so desires.

I don't think many people will be opposed to you discussing the VP hobby side of it within this forum. However, I think having a fun website you and your spouse can run together sharing your stories and posting it to your social media platforms sounds even better. The spouse and I love VP because we have three kids and can't make it to every dinner invite, party, or even a trip to the casino, so VP allows us to hang out and enjoy the game while making each other laugh. Even when we're on a losing streak, we will bust out laughing that a monkey has its hands velcroed to our inside pockets - we make sure to stop before the money starts dipping into non "cookie jar" kinds of limits to keep the laughter running along smoothly. When we're old in our rocking chairs this will be one hobby that won't cause another hip to break. HA!
When we're old in our rocking chairs this will be one hobby that won't cause another hip to break. HA!
Thanks for your post.  We agree totally.  Video poker can be a great couples activity, especially as you get older.  Some people on this forum only want to talk about mathematics and card holds.  This is fine, but it gets pretty boring after awhile.  We are trying to widen the discussion to include more of the recreational side.  We will both turn 70 next year.  We are both in excellent health.  We don't go on cruises, travel to Europe or attend fancy parties... we play video poker.  When we travel or go on vacation we go for one purpose... to play video poker.  Except for our family, our church and our careers, video poker is everything else.  It's a great hobby that we can enjoy until they come to take us away.
