I found it but on the same machine it had another Game I found more interesting. Joker Poker 5 of a kind. It paid 5000 for 5oK but 500 for Royal's with or w/o joker, 500 for straight flush, 100 for 4ok, 45 for full house and lesser hands the same. as the other game. I played it @ .50 denom for a while. Hit a straight flush, bunch of full Houses and straights. cashed out $600 up. Moved on before it went dry to my regular games. Multi line's weren't paying well and neither were single line dollars at first. Almost went bust but then 4 aces with kicker @ $2 bet on dollar ddb for $800 brought me back. Moved back up to max bet and a couple 4oks brought me up some more. I put $1000 (double my starting BR of 500) in my pocket and played 'til content. Left casino with my doubled $500.

You got paid 5k for the quints? And that was still below 100% per PA law? Do you have a pic of the full paytable?

Sorry, No Pics. Last time I took a pic there security appeared instantly and made me delete from my phone. This game in particular is situated about 10 feet directly behind where security stands @ top of stairs/esculator from loby. The lower payouts on the lesser "wins" probably keeps it below 100%. What's this about PA law? They actually have a law that forbids them from offering 100% games?

Also, the trade off for the Royal only paying 500. What is the difference in probability of getting a Royal verses 5ok?

5 of a kind is a lot easier. Traditional "AC" (AC as in Atlantic City) Joker Poker looks like this
Natural Royal 500
5 of a Kind 4000
Wild Royal Flush 500
Straight Flush 500
Four of a Kind 80
Full House 40
Flush 25
Straight 20
Three of a Kind 10
Two Pair 5
This yields a perfect play payback of 97.19%. Casinos in AC often have supplemented these games with progressives.
If you have the exact same paytable as written above but quints are 5000, then the payback is 99.01%, so that would be still legal per PA law. And yes, 85% min payback and 100% max payback laws are on the books. [Section 461a.7.(a)] Page 197 of this PDF
But you have said it also paid 100 for quads instead of 80, and 45 for full houses instead of 40. You add that in and you would get...103.81%. So this could be a great game. But I would take a hard look at the entire paytable though.

It is possible it was a bally machine and the paytable looked like this instead? I found this paytable at river city in st. louis a couple of years ago.
Natural Royal 500
Five of a Kind 4000
Wild Royal 500
Straight Flush 500
Four of a Kind 75
Full House 50
Flush 30
Straight 15
Three of a Kind 10
Two Pair 5
That's 99.12% which would also be in line with the other 99.07% version.
