Peek & Play Poker

Post by Aces and Eights »

Is there any way to prevent the "Peek" card from being put into play, other than holding all five dealt cards? It is often not desirable and "breaks-up" an otherwise good deal. Especially because it is played on all hands.

Is there any way to prevent Peek & Play from appearing again as the game of the week??? Hahahaha...Just kidding (not really) but, is there anyway you could speed it up some? Seems so slow...Thank you

No way to look, but not touch. It's your next card if you draw guaranteed, no way around it gosh darned.

Evidently there is a game, not available (yet, anyway) on videopoker.com, that has an additional feature of passing after viewing the first available drawn card.

Following is from the Wizard of Odds website:

There is a similar game called Super Look Ahead Poker. The only differences are:

In Super Look Ahead Poker the player may decline the Look Ahead card.
In Super Look Ahead Poker the player must pay three extra coins for the Look Ahead feature, as opposed to two.

I agree, there is not any way to prevent the card that is "up" from being played.
