Did anyone go to the opening and have a chance to check out the VP inventory? I am planning to go in a few weeks and would love some insight.

Certainly this can't be the only type they have.That site only lists video poker with decent paytables that players have reported to them. So I'm sure there are plenty of other types there.

There are games at bars and near the live poker room from what I've read. Most games have poorer paytables (8/5 JoB, 8/5 DDB, 6/5 Bonus, etc.)

Well.... crap. That's a little discouraging to hear about the lower pay tables, but not surprising.

I offered to treat a friend who lives in Alexandra, VA (right across the Potomac river) to dinner at the casino's restaurants if he's willing to go over and scout out the VP machines for me. I gave him a link to a PDF to print out with all of the pay tables so all he has to do is circle the ones he sees. I'll let you know if he is able to get over there and come back with a report.
