Vehicle Down Payment Thanks VP
So the old truck (17 yrs) is now costing more than it worth. And, its milage is poor especially with me driving lots of miles during the week for my part-time work. But after going 10 years without a car payment and having bought one two years ago for Sweet C the last thing I wanted was another big car payment. So what do you do? Go to the casino...of course.... yeah there are better ways but I'll take this one.
Playing at Coushatta. Since the recent trips have been poor I switched to Spin Poker. Caught deuces/ace 2X for a nice $1K. Moved back to my 100 play 5c machine. Held my own, went to dinner and returned to the same machine. Began losing my timing and switched from 5c to 2c, sure enough a few hands into I caught another dealt RF on 50 hands for $4K. (I know would have been $10K on 5c but I wouldn't have hit it.) About 20 minutes moved to my favorite 100 play machine and moved to 25 hand 25c. 47 minutes after my first hand pay I was dealt 5 Aces for another $4K. Thank you VP for helping me finance my new vehicle.
PS love those heated seats which help make my old bones feel better, plus Sirius radio, and rear-view camera, ....yes, I still have my old truck....you know us Texas guy's gotta have a truck. Try to post pictures shortly.

Wait untill summer hits. The best of the best is to have both the AC and the heated seats going at the same time.
Great hits!

Thanks, I have been blessed. 9 dealt RF so far and all multi hands except for 1. The biggest payout was $10K but I've had 5 @ $5K. Until this one it had been since May 2, 2015 since I was dealt one. Ironically, that night both Sweet C and I were on a roll as she caught 3 RF on a 15 hand 25¢ and about 5 minutes later I also caught 3 RF on a 20 hand 25¢ machine. Less than a month later I was dealt 4 deuces for another $4K (one of 5 times I was dealt 4 deuces for the year).
I'm kinda hoping the previous January dealt RF pattern continues. The January 1, 2011 dealt RF was followed 28 days later by the second one. And, then a third one in September of that same year.
Sweet C isn't far behind as she has 6 dealt RF so she is definitely due and complaining like crazy "its her turn to get a big dealt hand.".
Thanks everyone for the kind words.
RF for everyone.

That is great news LL. I would have done the same thing. Funny, my first new vehicle was a 73 Ford F100 short bed maroon with 3 on the tree and traction lock. Loved that truck so much, years later I had the rusted frame and cab restored and drove it more years. I hopped it up eventually, but the engine never gave out. Finally sold it to some country boys from northeastern Ct who came down with a flatbed and 2 cases of beer. None had shirts on either. They were nice and gladly gave me my 750- asking price. Wish I still had it though. Most know, I am still nursing my 18 year old Saturn with 340k on the clock. One of these days, it will make its last casino run, and I will do like you......try one shot at the casino before making the jump. I am definitely going back to a truck though, miss hauling my ten foot aluminum boat in the back and antique 1958 Evenrude 3 hp motor to the lake for some bass fishing. Think I can still lift the boat myself it I keep up with the dumbells and my walks. Again that is great news on your hits. If I had been smart, in July when I hit the two 18k jackpots in the same 24 hour period, I would have the new truck already, but how many of us vp players are that smart. Anyway, for now, I still love the tired Saturn. Best of luck. My Mrs is still teaching 1st grade at least until the next contract. That allows me my vp splurges too....hee hee. take care LL and hi to the family....Olds....
