No, we do not have phone support, but we do have a good support team. Your account looks fine here... still gold, and you have your players club points. Hit "Log out" at the top, then log in again using the correct email address and you should be all set. If you don't know what email address you registered with, send an email to support@videopoker.com and they'll be able to assist.

It looks like your password was reset... perhaps you aren't receiving our emails for some reason or they are going into a junk folder. Someone will send you an email from another address now. If you do not receive your new password, let me know, as that would probably mean we have the wrong email on file for you.
