Safari browser crashing or refreshing
With the release of iOS 15.1 and 15.2.1 as well as updates to the Mac operating system, there have been problems with games crashing or the web browser refreshing intermittently.
We are hopeful that a future update from Apple will correct these problems, but in the meantime you can stop the browser from refreshing by adjusting your Safari settings as follows:

iPad/iPhone
1) In the Settings app on your iPad, go to "Safari"
2) Scroll to the very bottom, tap "Advanced"
3) At the bottom, tap "Experimental Features"
4) Finally, find GPU Process: Canvas Rendering and turn it OFF
5) Reload Safari and the problem should no longer occur.

MacBook / Mac desktop computer
1) In Safari, go to Safari preferences, select 'Advanced' and then enable the Developer menu.
2) In the Developer menu at the top of your screen, uncheck the following option:
Develop > Experimental Features > GPU Process: Canvas Rendering.
3) Quit Safari and open it again and the problem should no longer occur.
