Fort McDowell Maybe Not So Stylish

Post by Casino Knight »

Be advised folks, someone tweaked the new full pay games.
Apparently they felt it necessary to modify the Straight Flush paytable from 250 down to 200 on DDB. Almost didn't catch it.

While I'm at it, Lone Butte built a new high limit room with 4 VP games. Nothing playable.

NOT NICE!

Are the DDB still 10/6 for $1?

I just happened to be on vpfree2 ,and noticed an update posted today for Fort Mcdowell.(I hope the link worked?) It looks like they did tweak 25c DDB last month but It said they just added 4 new games that are all over 99.5% for 25c,$1. Nice!

If they are, the person updating VPFree2 missed it. They have Almost Positive Deuces Wild (99.96%) though for as cheap as quarters, which is about the best is it's going to get for an out-of-Nevada location.

Sorry. Didn't check the old uprights that were the original 10/6 FP.

Played there last night. The 10/6 DDB machines are still 10/6, but now pay 40 on the straight flush instead of 50. Was able to hit 3s with a kicker and Aces with a kicker for a nice night. They also have a 5x promo on points for Sunday nights as well.

My wife and I went to the Fort this past week to play Bingo. We decided to take a break from our sabbatical and play a little on the quarter 10/6 DDB machines (with the 40 straight flush). As has been the case recently, did not come out ahead. So back to our VP hiatus. What was surprising was that there very few others at the 10/6 bank. Most of the time, we were by ourselves. Mind you, these game kings have the best DDB paytable in these parts for quarters.
