cnat get to games being blocked by security alert

dear webman I was playing on the site a few days ago when my computer was hijacked by some bogus security comp called PC Live Ware. After numerous attempts to get them to send me uninstall code, I got rid of it off my computer hardrive, but it still has an ad that blocks me from playing the games. I can get on the site, but as soon as I try to get to the games hteir ad pops up warning me of their so-called virus they detected and wont let me play. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. I just went Gold and I want to play! thanks
