Anyone ever have a Royal Flush Dealt?
I was dealt a royal flush, the machine locked up, started to spin (double super times) and gave me three times for a total of $9,000.00. Share your story.

4 of them. 2 multi line and 2 single line. Both multi line were in spades and both single lines were in diamonds.

Last month, I was dealt all five on the redraw. Only 8% of your win total.

Was playing Double Double at Thunder Valley in NO CAL in 2019 when the machine suddenly locked up and started flashing. I thought it was out of order until they showed me i had been dealt a Royal on triple play with multipliers for $10,000. Was a pretty cool moment.

With 5 extra cards in the deck, I get a 1 in 1,046,776.5 shot at a dealt natural royal flush.

Several years ago, playing Double Down Stud on a quarter game. If I remember, I was playing Deuces wild and had 18 quarters bet. Of course I doubled after seeing the first 4 cards. The Royal was there on the 5th card. The payout was 18,000 dollars even. There were two more big ones on a Double Down stud game going back many years with 5 quarters bet. They were 5,000 each. I have also had several redraws and a couple of smaller ones on draw poker.
It sounds like a lot, but it isn’t. I play about one million hands a year and have been playing video poker for over 25 years. I should have had over 35 dealt Royals. To the best of my memory, I have had less than 10.

There is no such thing as a "redraw". It's just a 5 card draw. You may be tempted (when holding none) to call it a "re-deal" (though that's also not correct for a number of reasons).olds442jetaway wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 12:36 amI have also had several redraws and a couple of smaller ones on draw poker.
Therefore a Royal on a 5 card draw is NOT a dealt royal. A rare and surprising event to be sure, but no extra return as is the case for a true one in multi-line or double pay games. I guess I might reluctantly accept "Poor man's dealt royal", since that qualifier is always in reference to something other than the real deal (pun intended). And I like "FAA royal" for the short coin version.
If only there WAS truly a "redraw". I often dislike the cards I get on the draw. It's an interesting idea for a new game variant, but I imagine the max bet would be 5+50 or something even more absurd.
My story I have to share is that I have no story to share. Yet.
