BTW, a short story that serves as the ultimate motivation for me.
A magazine article not long ago,102 year old medal winning track athlete, (OK granted it is not hard to win a medal with no competition in your age group), stated that a lot of people said "Oh you just do that because you CAN", he said that the truth was the exact opposite, "I can because i DO".
I have that in large letters on the wall in front of my treadmill.

Hi all. Great quotes and positive outlook‘s. That’s the kind of stuff that keeps our generation going. Happy birthday OMT and many more. Hi Doris might as well jump in the Caddy and go for a nice ride. The pictures are the shoreline in Connecticut 40 miles or so from the New York line and maybe 50 or 60 from the Rhode Island line. Yes I can’t blame the moms and kids for wanting to get out and enjoy it too. Unfortunately everybody is stir crazy and it will get much worse as the months go on. There are people here from who knows where I think I mentioned the other day speaking languages I’ve ever even heard of that wouldn’t bother me so much except they were groups of people mostly young but some old walking and talking 6 inches from each other‘s faces. People are such morons and will never learn or listen. The latest info out there is four out of five infections come from people that didn’t even know they had it. Anyway stay safe and healthy all

olds,the governor put nj on lockdown starting at 9pm tonight.we can still go food shopping and pick up from restaurants,thank god.i do cook but please not 7 nights a week,lol
