Sad Saturday. Including $25 FP, I broke even on quarter JOB and should have stayed there. I lost my $25 table FP on six to craps. I lost big on two dollar BP. My lucky machine was cold. I played fifty cent at Bally’s to claw back a little, but that failed. Net Day: -$450. Must limit play to quarter and fifty.

Sedate Sunday. I began at Bally’s, hitting a quad after forty minutes. I won $23 on $25 Caesars BP FP. I rolled myself a seven at an empty table for a $25 table FP win. Then I jitneyed to Harrah’s. I immediately lost $175 on dollar BP. I finally switched machines and staged a comeback. It culminated in a Straight Flush! Unfortunately, low rolling by this point. A frightening hour. 113 TCs here. Basically, a wasted trip spent averting disaster. Net Day: -$7.

Absolutely. My Harrah’s decision cost me $52. It was a fun adventure. I refrained from my recent ill fated ten dollar hand ventures. So I have made some progress towards that addiction. My hit and run plan became a white water rafting hour.

Spectacular Saturday. I won $55 on $25 Caesars JOB FP shortly into my recycling with a dealt quad Jacks. What an omen. I won $25 on my table FP on a six point hit. I hit Hooters for a comp wings lunch. Then I jitneyed to Harrah’s to perhaps hit two quads while swerving in and out of max bet. My timing was off. After a half hour, I was dealt four Queens on the redeal for $75. I badly wanted to switch machines. But a couple monopolized the other two machines, so I reluctantly stayed put and switched to JOB. I was still down and tried to save money while maybe stumbling into a $125 quad. Twenty three minutes later, I was dealt a $750 Royal Flush on the redeal! Only half my hands were max and I was caught unprepared. I gave the cage two bucks and left with a $1,200 check. Net Day: +$760. The eagle has landed. But I was unable to provide a deluxe nest befitting its nobility! The couple was so spooked and perhaps crestfallen that they left altogether. I am dazed, gobsmacked and bewildered myself.

Well congrats on the royal FAA and I will leave my sword in its scabbard for not playing max coin.

Beautiful hit , although a 4-coin bet would have paid $1000.
A redeal royal is something many longtime players never achieve. Odds on any particular redeal are about 1-in-383,500 (or worse if any royal cards were discarded). Then you have to consider the frequency of redeals. If they occur 1-in-10, you would have to play almost 4 million hands on average.

I was so flabbergasted that I looked up the 383,484 number myself. Glad someone else appreciates the insanity involved. Hand was pure junk. I guess one in ten is somewhere in the neighborhood. Note the early Valentines Day nature of the gift. Frustrated FAA. They gave quad and RF in bulk form all three times today.
