Re: A Trip to Bizarro World!
Thanks! Yes Discipline is the key. Last minute I decided to wait until my next trip to play the above method when I have more time. Have an early appointment tomorrow. I tried dollars on both Joker Kings and later regular Deuces Wild. Caught bad cycles on both. Was up 400 too. Net trip -800. Bummer!

Yeah. Bad cycle yesterday. Only the mother of premium BP quads could bail me out of the red. See what happened next, QF!

Had a pretty good solo overnight trip last night. Thanks for the discipline encouragement words. I was able to land 2 nice hits before the Martingale Clone bets got too high. Ended up a few hundred then packed it in for a late night movie on the tube. I noticed lots of changes of slot machines on the floor. Hopefully they will leave what is left of the better VP games alone.

It’s a good way to play if your machines accommodate it. My preferred casino is just a 1-5 coin system.

There seem to be a few posters very knowledgeable on current situation of FW and MS. We haven't been since the pandemic.
2 questions:
1. What is the smoking situation at both casinos?
2. As an aside, what happened to that small penthouse casino high up in the Grand Pequot? When it first opened, a long time ago, security allowed us to peek in there. Haven't heard anything since about it other than it was only open weekends even at the start. THey had a few tables and a handfull of slots.

I can only answer for Mohegan. No Foxwoods for me since Covid. Smoking is outdoors only at Mohegan. They are very good at cleaning up and there are dispensers of wipes everywhere. They are having staffing problems like everywhere else. Limited hours at some venues. Only one lounge is open. They have moved the tables back close together in there which I protested about so I only go in there when it is almost empty. 99 percent quarter games still available, just not as many as before. I have had no problems with my hotel stays and the rooms are kept nice and clean. Employees still nice and friendly.
