Break even day, sans Caesars. I somehow turned $25 FP into $55, thanks to a max coin JOB quad at Bally's. Quad deuces, natch. Lost my $25 FP craps bet, five to seven. Harrah's time. They were awarding $500 FP at the top of each hour to ten players. I checked in, but whiffed at both 1 and 2 PM. It was another sorry side trip. I lost $32, despite two max coin quads. The latter quad there was Aces, of course. The prior player cashed out with $1,500. But I ignored the superstition and played anyway, netting me a cool $12 on it. No time for lunch; too busy losing at this damn venue again. Lady seeking shuttle denied since she had two kids and it's a one guest policy. She lost it. "these are my kids! What do I do about my kids?!" Great entertainment for us inside. She flagged down a hapless security guard, who repeated the policy. I yelled some choice retorts. 1) Break out the violins! 2) I hear there's a good brunch. 3) I think I saw her on the telethon last month. 4) mad Cow Disease is back. Vote for your favorite below.
As for finances, at least this morning's wallet contents are intact. I can return to battle tomorrow. Or stroll into a psych ward. Reporting from an overcast Casino County, this is FAA.

Bad day. I got $23 from $25 Bally's FP. $25 quad got it to $31. Lost my craps FP, eight to seven. Throw in a buck insurance bet loss. Damn people don't even crap out right away! Off to Harrah's. No lunch. Too busy playing. I lost the $31 plus another $29. The dollar machine actually treated me okay, but I chickened out of continuing. I again heard and read twenty $500 FP winning names over two hours, none mine. $50 loss including trip cost. Still waiting on that second 2016 RF to have a winning year. It's pure misery losing craps consecutive days. Major rut. Harrah's is a harrowing house of horrors!

I never actually UNPACKED  the lock box I brought yesterday. Damn my eagerness to play VP. Next time I will actually use the lock box as a coaster for my phone. Dumb as a box of rocks. I won $33 on $25 Bally's FP. I figured the quad was imminent of course. I then lost the $33 and another $10 on the cold cycle. I did win $25 FP craps bet on a six hit. Lunch was half a pizza pie donated by a pal and packed to AC. I did remember to unpack that, of course! Off to Harrah's. This may be my very last trip there. I lost $40 plus $6 ATM fee in about an hour. House of Horrors results continued. It sure is a big shiny money pit. Beau Rivage beauty and VP results, based on what I read. Next time I'll just use the free shuttle as a ride to Borgata across the way. I need to shake things up! Net loss $60.

The lock box was a bust.  Mine is taking up room in my desk drawer.  It did help me with my discipline, but it did not keep me from losing on a bad day.  Another idea down the tubes...

Discipline is my very weakness. It can cut losses and prevent busting, but a bad day is a bad day. If I just insert my FP wins, that's $35-$70 weekly right there. I was so hell bent on playing that I never even took it out of my bag and forgot all about it! I now know that it is best to unpack it at the outset and use it as a phone coaster. This will remind me to actually use it and not get swept up in the hysteria of chasing a quad and the panic of recouping the inevitable subsequent loss.

Minor loss day. I won a lousy $18 from $25 Bally's FP. My hot machine read the calendar and was cold. I had to use two just to get to $18. Of course I gave it all back plus $20. I could not justify lock box use below $20, so it remained a glorified coaster for me. Guy at the progressives across the aisle kept a QH and hit a straight flush. Sure enough, he kept playing and gave 65% back when I checked. I won $25 on table FP with a quick seven. I needed more given VP loss, so I bet $10 against the shooter on the next roll, a five. I think about backing up this improbable point with an odds bet, but shied away. Sure enough doughboy rolls another five to torpedo me! SF guy was now at my old machine and holding his own. I'll hit that tomorrow if I return. Lunch at Resorts. Walked back to Caesars, the belly of the beast. JOB Progs at $1,006, a meager sum which used to terrify me. I hit two houses and won $13, which deserved a light beer. Looks like -$8, net trip cost. Waste of day, but a single digit loss is tolerable. Quad free day is always going to mean a loss. I got some good boardwalk exercise and a little mercy from Caesars at year end. Reporting from the sunny shore, this is FAA. Back to you in the man caves.

Bad day. I won $18 from $25 Bally's FP and only got to $23 after $250 coin in. Won $25 craps, then another $10 betting against shooter. Unfortunately, I then lost $95 at Caesars between quarter and dollar JOB. $1,004 Progressive; $1,006 yesterday. People are definitely hitting them. Free ATM for $60. I finally hit two Bally's quads for $50 combined, but this effort only netted $3. So I played more craps and lost $40. Net loss $97. MUST insert cash in LB before leaving Bally's! Again, bereft and depressed. Hey, damn year's almost over at least.

Medium loss day. I saw $800 slot hit in Bally's high roller room. Their luck never rubs off! I won $51 from $25 FP, thanks to a max house and three coin Aces quad. Then I lost $25. Then I lost my $25 craps FP, four to seven. $10 Caesars loss on dollar JOB. I put $40 in lock box; wish it was $50 to prevent the Caesars loss. Lunch at Tropicana. $40 ATM at 7-11. Caesars Prog $1,007. Won $8 on quarter, then lost $48 on dollar. The usual arrogant misplay. Net loss $40. Not half as upsetting as last session, but no day at the shore. Reporting from the shore, this is FAA.
