Re: Harrahs AC

I saw a guy at Harrahs AC was dealt Aces with a Kicker playing 10 hands quarters on Saturday for $5,000. That is pure luck.Ive never received any type of "monster hand" whilst playing 10 handed (or even 5 handed)....by monster I mean a handpay.....the best multi-line hands for me in MY ENTIRE LIFE were 1 (one) regular quad on a 10 line BPDX game for $1000, and one (1) BPDX on a 5 line game for $500.....oh, and a dealt QQ on a 5 line game 25 cent game for (5 x 275 coins = 1,375 quarters or about $343.75)      Again, this is in my entire lifetime playing VP, never had even a measly $2000 handpay on any 10 line game (there are many many ways to get that type and level of handpay whilst playing 10 line games, but despite all my various play especially the last 7 years in AC, Ive never hit crapola....this is a huge reason why I am so down the past 7 years, I have had a total lack, or dearth, of expected big hits or paydays considering the amount and frequency of my play)

My most memorable dealt hand pay: 2001 while playing at Harrah's East Chicago dealt AWAK on a 10 play progressive, paid $7,500.00. Coming second was at Rio in Las Vegas circa 2008 while playing 10 hand TDB, dealt 4A444 for $5,000.00. I've had many dealt hand pays while playing DreamCard and I know that a certain someone considers DreamCard to be a "Gimmick Game" but they've put many Benjamins in my pocket just the same. Life goes on...

When Borgata first opened in 2002 or 2003, I played a lot of the 9/6 JOB multi-strikes. They are still there today. Played them every week. Somehow hit 4 top line royals for 8k each in the first year. Needless to say that year yielded my best overall results. But the day I remember most was when I went down with what was then a limited bankroll (I think $300-$400) and went to Ballys AC to play the .25 triple play BP progressives. Hit a $1,200 middle line royal within a half hour and decided to parlay that into some $1.00 JOB play at Borgata. Sure enough hit a 4k royal almost right away. Had about $250 in credits left on the machine and figured I'd try $1.00 DDB. Dealt 4 Aces with a 10, toss the 10 and pull a 4. Another 2k. Keep playing and hit 4 Aces w/o a kicker for $ 800. What an afternoon.
