The game you have pictured is an "alternative" version of Bonus Poker where the "Bonus" is that all quads pay 35 to 1. Unfortunately since the full house only pays 6 for 1, the game's return is only 97.36% with optimal play. The 9/5 JoB game is much better at 98.45%.
As for your original question, there are minor differences between JoB, Bonus, and Aces and Faces. But as Bob alluded to, finding better paytables for the games greatly outweigh any strategy changes.
