I gotta try wildman's picture taking trick as I've posted a few sideways pictures here myself.
Nice to see you rascal.

My pictures are sideways too.
As for bailouts, I had one the other night. I was stuck $1600 playing $1 Dream Card and $1 DSTP. I wasn't too bent over it as my last 3 sessions resulted in a near $7000 profit.
So I left and went to another casino. I knew I had some small amount of free-play and there was a drawing going on. Decided on one last $500 buy-in and sat at $1 Bonus Deluxe with a dealt royal bonus. My first quad came quickly, which gave me a little wiggle-room. At dollars, $500 can go quickly. Then the quads started coming, about 4 quads in 20 minutes. The credit meter was growing and the $400 tickets were spitting out. At one point, I had $1100 on the machine and three $400 tickets in my wallet - a modest profit. Then the quads went cold and I cashed out with 400 credits and the tickets. Messed around with other VP and slots and eventually called it a night at -$500. Still, a good comeback from -$1600.

The new forum format is so much better. I missed the photos and I'm glad they're back. I don't post mine anymore because I don't get many hand pays.

Could that be because single credit dollar play doesn't create them?FloridaPhil wrote: ↑Fri Oct 12, 2018 2:06 pmI don't post mine anymore because I don't get many hand pays.

Bdlx is my favorite bail out game at any level. Most times I play at $1 my wife plays it a 25 cent level. You get down and one fast quad and your out of the hole!pokerpokerpoker wrote: ↑Fri Oct 12, 2018 1:42 pmMy pictures are sideways too.

Have also hit a few at the $2 level and one on the $5 level as well for a had pay.

Just a couple of more updates on the same subject. Had a nice overnight trip with the wife. I was playing a very mild Martingale Clone on dollars. The problem with dollars is it goes fast unless you have access to a large bankroll and a lot of time to wait things out. Anyway, I was out 900 on Bonus Deuces Wild then the quad deuces hit for a thousand and put me up a hundred bucks as the sun rose. We slept until about noon and after a late breakfast played an hour before heading home. I didn't want to get buried again with no time to wait things out so this time I played quarters. Again I used the Martingale Clone. My bets ranged on an airport deuces game from 1.25 to 6.00. I pulled a couple of Wild Royals when the bets were high so I was able to snake out another hundred bucks from the casino. Sorry no pics this time. My battery was low. These smart phone batteries don't last as long as my old flip phone.
The quad deuces last night were dealt. One thing I have learned in a lifetime of video poker playing. A short bankroll and not enough time to play can do a job on your wallet. So can many other things, but I have found out the hard way that these two things cause the most pain as far as losses go.
On the way home, my old tried and true Saturn's alternator finally died. I can't kick. 382,000 miles on that car. That was the original one as is the entire drive train. Wish I could buy it new all over again. Probably going to donate it this week and finally get a new car. I bought that car when it was three years old and only had 36000 miles on it. 5200 bucks if I remember. The dealer was going to send it to auction because nobody wanted a car with a stick, no power steering, and roll up windows. I did. hee hee. Remember, when I grew up hand held calculators didn't come around until ten years after high school. Slide rule only for us. I still have mine. Book on the car was around 9k at the time.

Last hour bailout today, sweating bullets and on tilt. Suddenly dealt four Queens for $125. Second session -$40, decent all considered. Winning day overall. Glad I don't have a heart condition.
