The vast majority of video poker players lose money. How do I know this? The experts tell me so and I believe them. Does that mean nobody can make money playing video poker? Absolutely not.

Making a profit playing video poker over a lifetime is something I know nothing about. I rely on what the experts tell me. The experts that do tell me it takes skill, opportunity, intelligence, time, resources, hard work and discipline. Many people have those attributes, but they chose different career paths. If the profitable video poker players chose to become salesmen or entrepreneurs, they most likely would have made more money. The most money is made by someone who can combine all three.

No he's not winning. Same for the thousands of slot machine posters.

It looks like most of the hits were on 9/6 double double, a 98.98% game. Even with the progressives, it's hard to make it a truly positive game.

How did you conclude that 40% of his games looked positive?

it looked like that off the surface but didn't take the time to check it out fully

If you met him, he'd probably moan, "I'm still down."
