Eldorado buying Caesars in deal valued at $17B

Deal has been completed. It will be interesting to see what transpires in the future. Company will retain Caeser's name.

True. The merger needs approval of Caesar's and Eldorado's shareholders. In addition, gaming and trade regulators also need to approve. Assuming everyone agrees, the merger is expected to be final in the first half of 2020.
