Tilting has become the current term. I tilted on one machine today. ATM trip and a quad put me into plus on the day. I don't want these sprints to become habit.

Prior wins cannot always help with the pain of a slaughter.Wildman i wish i didn't have to one-up you on your own thread, ohhhh how i wish!!!But the scene of your loss, on one of two $2 machines, was already blood soaked. On june 26 the one on the angle was the scene of my worst loss 39-large to be exact.Ironically this same machine gave me two $20K royals in 2016 and two $8K royals last year one $4K royal this year. However, this history and 7 royals=$18K this year did not help ONE DAMN BIT on the sick-puppy ride home on 6/26.Chasing, steaming, tilting, whatever it is called=STUPIDITY right? Never again right? Resolute and firm in that belief, it's back to "the valley of death" tomorrow. I only chase loses with very small part of my daily bankroll. Many times it works, sometimes it don't. At the $5 level am up 2k and not going to risk it at that $5 level. One just don't want to wait till that royal comes in to get it all back at the $1 level and that's me.The Jacks and BP has been sooooo bad as of late, last week I lost $600 the first hour, not sure why, I don't see this much but it's happening now, hoping to shake it today.Wife and I heading out soon.Good luck Chasing the Royal!

Bad trip today. Posting solely to remind myself of the virtues of quarter play.

Faa have you tried the JW game in caesars? its a 99.91 right off the bat, i run simulations often on winpoker 6 and more times than not the sim breaks even or loses a little seems 25% of the time he goes bust and big winpoker 6 treats 9/6 a little worst shows him gets ahead 1-3 royals but thats it prepare for a infinite losing streak, have you tried card counting in blackjack? with a 1-8 spread you can play a winning game (a woppin 2 bucks a hour) and you get to keep your bankroll (10-80$) spread would prompt 3000 dollar swings should be in order but thats just 3-4 bankrolls right ? just be sure its a 3:2 BJ and your good to go!

I was living part of the year on the Mississippi coast back in the day. Hurricane Katrina hit and shut the casinos down for a while and also kept me off of the coast. Before I knew it, I had gone 3 months without visiting a casino. Awareness comes slowly for me --- one day I was looking over my bank account and financial position and I realized that I had more disposable cash available than I'd ever had during my "frequent player" days. From that point forward, even when I started playing again, I kept a total daily awareness of my position. Amazing how the casino sucks cash like a Hoover. Even more amazing is how it smoothly and gradually sucks that cash. But it always sucks it, in the end.

Think happy thoughts. You are that many hands closer to your next big hit.

Definitely. Chopping down the BR on 67% of my trips will dissolve a lot of stress.
