My suspicion is that the machines may be changed. The slot director's reports will show the huge hits and the similar game/machine. My favorite VP machines was altered within a week of my major hit weekend when I hit six over two days and would have shown major hits repeatedly as i played it exclusively for over 15 Royals in a 2 dozen trips. The weekly report would have shown the pay out and a quick check would have shown the 99.9% return that had probably been unnoticed or mistakenly added to the machine since the other DW games pay 97%. (One of the reasons I always check pay tables-occasionally you'll find a diamond.) One machine (different casino) I still play has a 99.8% return game that evidently only a few of us still know about.

But, since the high limit area caters to the high rollers from Houston-Texas, they may be there a while longer. While Carrie was getting her hand pay a guy a bank down from us got $18,000 on a $20 multi-quarter bet.
