I know it is shocking, but I'm watching Joe Biden present his plan to help schools and Biden is actually using full sentences. He actually manages to finish a sentence that he starts, without digressing into endless side plots.
He's also taking questions from reporters.

For those of us who don't have time to watch, can you give a summary?
Based on what I've heard here about Biden, I assume his plan to re-open schools involves gathering a mob to break in, duct taping masks to kids faces, and making them learn Chinese?
