Most of California is infested with rats, besides many of the people who live there. It is the climate. My sister lives in an exclusive area north of San Fran. Rats are an unending problem and big ones at that. Dog and cat help some, but they need an electrified trap set at all times. They also have a huge problem with wolf spiders and black widows. Several close calls with them.

SF also has many homeless and those who would rather live in a drunken or drug induced state living and defecating on the streets. bloomberg estimates rental price drop at 35%.

On the news today population in both Arizona and Florida increasing between 16 and 17%. Many many of those coming from New York City. Here is the bad news for conservatives like myself.
