I would say Ameristar has the best VP. Has machines on two floors. Not full pay of course but acceptable for the area.

Pauma is my favorite cause it has 1 cent keno machines. Too bad they have sad management.
I play at Pechanga cause they are smoke free. Got love that.
They have the best hotel.

Fallsview Casino Resort This is one of the largest establishments in North America and I believe it is Canada's largest, or near the top. The Caesars Entertainment place over in Windsor Ontario is only half the size, roughly of Fallsview.
The breathtaking beauty of the Niagra Falls especially on clear full moon nights in the winter is something everyone should see in their lifetime

That is very true. But, if you're looking to play any serious video poker, you will be much better off to cross the border and play at Seneca Niagara. The VP at Fallsview is hardly worth talking about.
Fallsview is about 1000 miles from Kansas City - hardly in the "Kansas City area".

Yes Sorry I did not notice that first entry, I just responded reflexively to the title of this discussion FAVORITE CASINO without reading the first post. My comments and input now does seem pretty stupid
I agree about the Seneca Niagra (USA) Video Poker being overall superior to the one on the Canadian side and that seems to be generally true with most other Canadian Casino VP offerings. Right now as I write this paragraph the exchange rate is 1 US dollar equals about 1.33 Canadian Dollars. All else being equal an American players Bankroll should last longer playing in Canada, correct?

Even though using the term "should" in relation to gambling outcomes is dicey, I believe that is correct. If a player arrives with a bankroll of $1000 US, and converts to CDN dollars, they will have around $1325 CDN, which, all else being equal, will outlast $1000.
