Yes indeed. I remember the various Caesar's diamond lounges from 10-15 years ago, they were always consistently good no matter which property in which city you visited. Vegas, Reno, Windsor Ontario, Atlantank City , you name it. The Windsor Ontario Caesars drastically downgraded their Diamond Lounge pre-covid back in 2019 and we never really learned a good reason for it from management. I had ceased frequenting casinos long before that point but before Covid I would still occasionally visit with a family member or friend who still had Diamond Status or above to eat at the places. I just chalk it up to what we talked about before, the Casino Business tightening everything and squeezing the customer base. I really did enjoy The Diamond Lounge's deserts back then!TripleTriple wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 4:01 pmOh, there's a reason. And not in our favor.
In other news, what I have heard in other forums is that the Laurel lounges in AC are no longer serving food- just snacks (as in pretzels, etc) and low grade alcohol. I am waiting to find out about 7Stars lounges. I could not confirm last month as I went when the lounges were closed.
