games play slow in PM

games play slow, won't update scores, even freeze & knock you out of the game & it takes 5 minutes for it to load back in.  My husband & I are considering canceling both our gold memberships if these problems are not fixed!!!  Mustang1 & Sable 1

Sounds like things could be filling up again. I'll check the server and see if it needs a cleaning. Thanks for reporting it.
