Canada does not issue US tax documents.
Of course, you are always obligated to report any and all earnings to the IRS come tax time.
If you come home  with 10 Grand or more you must declare it at the border.
The next closest Canadian Casino is a Charity(Clever Indian Title) Casino immediately across the Blue Water Bridge at Port Huron, Mi.
The only other Casinos close to Windsor are the 3 in Detroit. MGM, Greektown and Motor City.

Good luck!

farmer as faygo said, there are 3 casinos in Detroit and they are within sight of Caesar's Windsor. I have heard a rumor about some tunnel that you can take to get to Caesar's Windsor from Detroit but I did not know about it last fall when I visited the Detroit casinos.

Maybe Marie Meijer can give us a heads up on this tunnel?

The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel is accessed off Jeferson Ave downntown Detoit. The entrance is located next to the Old Mariner Church. 1 block from Cobo Hall. The best way to get there from where you are coming from is to either take I96(Lodge Freeway)off of I75 or continue on I75 to the Jefferson exit. The signage in that area is more then adequate to assist you.
The Tunnel exit in Windsor is the closest to the Casino. If you are going to be going over any weekday eveing around 3-6 PM be prepared for a wait to cross. A lot of folks work in the States and live in Canada.
Remember a valid Passport is required to cross the border.

MY WIFE AND I ARE HEADING TO CAESAR'S WINDSOR ON MAY 17 FOR THE FIRST TIME. I HAVE A COUPLE QUESTIONS
Hi farmer1, Alas, I have not hit that W2G mark since Harrah's took over. My WINDSOR play showed up on my Harrah's win/LOSS statement for last year. It's a beautiful, huge, world class casino and perfect in terms of appearances, cleanliness, personnel, restaurants (spacious, wonderful buffet, lower level, Artist's Cafe near front kiosks on the main floor and Pronto, fast food type, on 2nd floor, near elevators and ticket office. Gorgeous pool and 5000 seat auditorium. Pleasant park/walk along the Detroit River front. Take an elevator from the older room section near Artists Cafe, to view the Detroit skyline and river front. Windsor is smoke free. Children are NOT allowed ANYWHERE in the casino including rooms, restaurants, auditorium or pool. Before leaving for Windsor, I always glance around my car to see if anything might cause a problem at the border. Border guards can do a complete search of one's car at any time, but usually do not. I 75 has a section closed near Detroit when coming in from Ohio. SURELY signs would route traffic. We always plan on taking the tunnel UNDER. It was completed in 1930, 1 lane each way, 22' wide, 5,160' long. Exact change or token lanes always seem faster than the attended lanes. Taking the tunnel over is quick enough because we avoid the rush hour traffic. The return trip may take a half hour to an hour waiting at the border. $4 US and $4.75 CAD when entering Canada. $3.75 US or $4.50 CAD  when entering US. WJR is the only radio station you can pick up in the tunnel. If I were driving from Ohio to Detroit at 5:00 PM, I would prefer to duck into Greektown for an hour or so until the tunnel traffic clears. It's just a couple blocks in from Jefferson (the main Dr near the water front that goes by Cobo, the Joe and entrance to the tunnel) Greektown signs are everywhere. Check out Greektown Casino directions. Great new parking structure is on Monroe. 3-4 rooms of VP on 2nd floorThere is currently a major construction project at the Ambassador bridge entrance that we would prefer to avoid. We're enticed to visit the Windsor buffet on May 21 through a free mailed offer. There are TITO type machines in Windsor that will convert American $ to Canadian or visit the cashier. FYI: You will need govt. issued picture ID (read drivers license) and birth certificate at the border. Starting on June lst,  a passport is required ($75 if applying by mail for adults and good for ten years) OR an Enhanced Driver's License (EDL) that contains a radio chip that can be read 15-20' away, probably $45.MotorCity Casino is just West off the Lodge, alias Rte 10, at Grand River. MGM is just East off the lodge at Bagley corner of Third. Log on the individual casinos for directions and info. Two casinos would probably be enough excitement for your first trip.Have fun, good luck and report back to us!

There is a MICHIGAN WELCOME rest stop some distance from the state line,  when you enter MI from Ohio. You cannot miss it. You can stop and pick up a state map and probably info on the four casinos and other tourist traps/places of interest.
