What happens in Vegas . . .

So my ever-loving wife and I are outside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, last week, getting ready to cross the pedestrian bridge to the New York New York Hotel and Casino to purchase a souvenir T-shirt from the Rok Vegas night spot for our guitar-playing nephew, when I look up and also standing there outside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is a guy and a doll with whom I indulge in Texas Hold 'Em poker most Tuesday nights in a local amateur league here in Minnesota. They are staying at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, and are indulging in Texas Hold 'Em poker as well as the galloping dominos. I catch up with them last night at the local Texas Hold 'Em poker game and it is they who relate to me this story.
 
It is their next to last night in the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, when they walk into their room and what do they see but that there is a cockroach walking around and about on the bed. They send a call down to housekeeping, which sends someone up to "identify" the bug. I do not ask them what this entails, but I am imagining someone maybe saying, "oh, that is only Good Time Charlie, he is a regular more or less at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, please pay him no mind."
 
Sure enough it is a cockroach at that, and large portions of staff are soon on hand to deal with the matter.
 
"Here is a $50 credit for any of our certified cockroach-free restaurants, and in addition we will be more than happy to move you out of the room of Good Time Charlie the cockroach and into one of the many certified cockroach-free rooms in our luxurious Tower Suites," says the staff.
 
"On what floor in your luxurious Tower Suites is this room located?" ask my poker buddies.
 
"This room is located both on Floor Number Nine and on Floor Number Ten in our luxurious Tower Suites," the staff replies.
 
Sure enough, they spend their last night at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a 1500 foot square, two-floor room with a spiral staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, a shower stall/steam room in which you can park a brace of large sedans and a slightly smaller whirlpool tub in which you can park a guy and his doll, both quite comfortably.
 
So when next you are packing your bags for Las Vegas, Nevada, do not forget to remember your cockroach.

So in other words, I am supposed to pack my own cockroach, so I can score a Spa Suite at the GN?LOL!  Good plan...but I would never have the nerve to attempt it!

Wonder how far they would go to when, I mean IF, I find a live RAT in the bathroom?
