Ah, that would be a different problem indeed. Thanks for clarifying, CHITOWN. What browser are you using?Also please let me know how much memory you have on your system if oyu know (RAM) and what anti-virus software you use.Any number of things could be interfering with the game application, including a faulty flash player update, but we'll have to take it one step at a time.If email is easier for you, please email me at forum @ videopoker.com and I will update this topic when we have a solution in case anyone else experiences it.

CHITOWN,Please see my post above if this does not fix it, but I'd like you to try something for me, if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.Go to Tools > Internet
Options > Security > Custom Level and change  "submit nonencrypted
form data"  to "enable" (this is about 3/4 of the way down the long list of options)Let me know if that helps at all?
