Odd Higer Comps to Biloxi

I just got some oddly high comps to Biloxi casino.   I only go a few times a year and I did go last month and did play alot.  But I was wondering if it is due to the oil spill?  Are you regular Biloxi vistors also getting higher comps, is it just from my last visit or are they really trying to lure gamblers to Biloxi using higher comps?
