cant connect to chat

Dear Webman, moved to my desktop computer, using AOL 9.0, cant ever get chat to connect, somr games wont load, but chat is the worst just keep getting "Can"t Connect", I have disabled pop-up blocker, any thoughts?  thanks, Kati-Pug, I miss my buddies!

Pop-up blocker shouldn't affect the chat. More likely it's a security setting somewhere in AOL. AOL is a fairly uncommon browser these days so I'm not familiar with the settings.Do you have internet explorer on that machine?
