My wife and I are going to Las Vegas for the first time next month.  I am a huge video poker fan but don't like to bet more than the quarter machines.  Can anyone give us some ideas on where to play for good pay machines at a quarter or lower?  We are staying at the Hard Rock, are their machines any good?  Thanks for all the insight.

Notice that Hard Rock has several good machines at the .25 level. If you have a car you will find more good machines away from the strip. There are also shuttles between certain casinos as well.

The Palms have some of the better quarter machines  with regard to pay-out odds. Other than better odds, most all of the casinos have the same machines with the same game chips. Best payouts odds are usually on the multiple bonus machines but best play-time chances are with the Jacks and simple bonus machines.

the rio has many quarter and also nickel video poker machines..plus they have entertainment and very friendly personnel
