A.C. Meet and Greet

   I thought I would move this post to get anyone`s opinion on having a Meet & Greet in A.C. I would like to see this happen. IMO a M&G ( meet & greet ) on the east coast in the spring and a M&G in LV in the fall would be nice. Even if we all just meet at one of the bars at one of the casino`s. Shall we have the event on a weekday or on a weekend. A week day ( like a Monday/Tuesday ) would be easier to get a room for some VP members then the weekend.
 Is March, April or May a good month.
What`s your opinion? What`s a good time for you?

 Build it and they will come!  Actually to really enjoy AC June would be best. Folks would have the ability to enjoy the Boardwalk and ocean as well. Any day would be ok for those of us that are  retired . However the weekend woukd be best for those that are gainfully employed. Survey in order?

i am hoping for an east coast meet &greet in the spring.i would prefer weekdays but i would not hesitate if it was a weekend.either april or may i think would be best.

You are right Jim, it is much easier to get a room on the weekdays. but for the few of us that are close (I'm only 50 mins away) it does'nt really matter. Faygo there is a ocean by Atlantic city? never realized that. I think if we pick a few different dates to choose from and where to meet it might easier to get everyone together.

 Not sure, but I saw a bunch of water from the hotel room. If it is a swiming pool I wouldn't want the Chlorine bill.
