Hello Tomcat--re Rincon HarrahsYes Harrahs hotels are small.  The casino has non-smoking area. What is JOB?My husband plays VP - but I play mostly the penny machines for the variety of games. We are Diamond Club so access to the lounge which is passable.  The lounge at Las Vegas and  Laughlin are nicer.Machines pay OK.  DH hasn't  won a royal there yet.

I gave up going to the Venetian a year or so ago.  The VP went downhill. The same for Sands in Bethlehem. If I want to play here in Pa. I go to Mount Airy.

Never been there, (Sands-Philly) was thinking of making the trip.  It's well over 3hr drive especially with traffic, but your saying the VP is no good?  Seems like the closest place that has any of the machines I like.

I have heard the Borgata is great, never been.  Only been to Atlantic City 3 times in my life, hated it! But I wasn't a poker player any of those 3 times, lol.

I live 15 minutes from the Sands and don't go often.  When I do it is early AM (6 or 7) since I find the bus crowds a bit over exuberant.  I would say that most Pa casinos, with the exception of Mount Airy ($1DDB) don't have a full pay VP game. TDB $1 at the Sands is probably the closest to FP.  Go to VPfree and compare pay tables and I believe you'll see the difference.  AC is 2 1/2 hrs away but still my choice.  I still do Vegas 2/3 times a year.
