Green Valley Ranch & Station Properties Info...

Post by R_aNe_R »

Hello...
Headed for Vegas in a few weeks!
We have been going to Vegas since the 80's have been to a lot of casinos.
Back in the day we always went with a lot of friends the more the better
we thought well that became to be a pain in the behind if you know what
I mean. Example: We ran out of money, lets all go eat, lets all go here,
forgot my credit card, so and so is drunk come help me, and so on...
So for the last 10 years or so it's just me and the wife works out better
this way...(Because we go to Vegas to play Vp only DDB $1 average 10 to 12
hours a day)...YeeeeeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaaaa...
In the last 2 years we have been staying and playing at Red Rock...
(Side Note: Hit two royals in the front entrance machines in less than
20 minutes on your last visit)...
We wanted to try some of the other Station Properties.
On this trip we are going to stay at Green Valley Ranch.
The reason we picked it is because there are two Station casinos near by.
Now the reason for the post...
The wife and have never stepped foot in Green Valley Ranch, Santa Fe station,
nor Sunset station any information on this properties would be greatly appreciated as to where the DDB $1 video poker machines you like to play are located...and which of this casinos you like the best...(checked out Vpfree2 already) But personal recommendations are always best)...
We are getting a comped stay so we are going to play at station properties only on this trip so we can get our boarding pass loaded with points to get more comped stays...Ha...Ha...Thanks RaNeR...

I have stayed at GVR once and will be there in late August.  It is a great experience with lots of full pay machines (can't remember where).  There is a really nice shopping mall adjacent to the property and you will hae a great time there.

Good luck on your trip to GV. We, too, usually stay at RR but sometimes play GV. Hope this link to best machines from VPfree helps. Each casino is listed separately. We download and copy/print copies to take on all our trips.

I stayed at Red Rock last year, and had absolutely no problem finding any vp machine I could want. Return was pretty good, but I really liked it there and would return. I hope Green Valley works for you, but who cares..you're in Vegas...!!!

Been playing at Santa Fe station for a while now because of proximity. You will be happy to know they (and other stations) have many full pay $1 dollar DDB 10/7 machines on their over 100% payback machines. They also have a progressive near the club that's getting close to $7,000 RF dollars for 9/5 DDB...over a 99% situation. I haven't been in the high limit area in over 4 years so not sure what they offer except once I played NSUD in there and didn't do that well and was tipsy and playing way over my limit losing almost my entire quarter royal hit earlier that night. Overall very happy with my results lately over there, playing mostly the fpdw (.25c) single line and ddb 10/7 (.25c) single line. Good luck...but with these games, hopefully you wont need it.
