Sam, when STP first came out, I had the slot supervisor and lead techs checking a particular machine @ Harrah's LV. I could play and play, and NEVER get a multiplier. They pulled the log, and substantiated my claim, and gave me $500 in FreePlay. They never, however, said there was anything wrong with the machine - just that the STP is random.

Did they verify the exact number of hands you went without a multiplier? I'd be interested to know how bad of a streak you've had.
