Funny, I haven't noticed one new person posting. Everyone has multiple posts in their history.

Glad to see all the new people posting on the forum.  I wasn't  even aware of the Forums until the recent change in the daily contest format.  While playing a game I noticed someone in the chat mentioning the discussion about the change in the forums, and I had to get my two cents in, so I made my first post after using this website for over two years.

It's really weird, but that stuff seems to happen all the time. A few years ago I was in Windsor Canada.  I hit a Royal and the lady across from me hit one a few hands later.  Then the other day in Tampa it happened again when the guy sitting next to me got a Royal right after I got mine.  Did you ever notice that some days no one seems to get anything, then all of a sudden everyone's luck improves.  I know it just coincidence and I don't believe in conspiracies, but it sure is interesting...

Considering the forum is sorta buried under the "interact" tab, I am not surprised that some people weren't aware on the forum. When you get here, the hooks are: You can the same game in the casinos for free?? They have contests for free??

Thanks for sticking around though. A lot of people just voiced their opinion on the daily contest and went silent again.

I work my free play this way. If is say $ 25.00, I will put another $75.00 in the vp machine to bring it up to a hundred dollar bill. (I always put in a hundred when I don't have free play.) I then sock away the 25- that didn't come out of my bankroll in my emergency section ( going home money) in case the more often than not happens. ( busting your bankroll) for the day.

It's all just cash to me.  If I put $500 cash plus $50 free play into a machine and cash out at $350, it's $50 higher than if I hadn't had the free play.  It's always $50 higher win, lose, or draw.I would log that as $500 cash in,  $50 fsp in,  $350 cash out for a net of -$150 for the sitting.  (Better than -$200).It's truly amazing how much it adds up over a year.

free play is something you "earned" so if you buy in 500 and use your 50 in free play and cash out 525 it should be counted as a 25 win not loss, I agree

Yeah.  That's just how I choose to do my accounting.   My session results are cash out minus cash in.  I log free play so I can see what impact it had at the end of the year, etc. It's also a lot easier for me to log it when I play it because it might be several smaller amounts earned over time all played at once.  One entry instead of several.
