snow flying off a car on a highway is a ticketable offense in New Jersey......never a cop when you need one. sorry you hit nothing doris, cant say I am shocked though.....but I at least agree a jacuzzi makes things better all around. where was your jacuzzi located (i.e. where did you stay and play?)

I am surprised that you guys say you don't "expect" to win..For me, all the years I went to Laughlin or Vegas, I ALWAYS expected to win. Maybe I am an eternal optimist, but it used to bug the bejeebers out of me when I would hear someone claim they never expected to win. Why play? For me, if that little ratty computer chip bests me, I get downright hostile. Its me or it!!! Over the years, my expectations have proved to be more successful than not, (although I would not care to see my win-loss statement) but I hope I never loose the expection of a fantastic trip, winning and all.

Cook, that is exactly the way I feel. It is also the reason I haven't been in a casino in years. And also why after each and every daily/monthly contest I play here that I do not win I look at it as a complete and utter failure except here I get a little help from Webman on a daily basis LOL.

I think you need to define "winning". For most folks, leaving the casino with the casino's money is winning. I do that on occasion, but certainly not every time.
I define a winning gaming trip as one where I had fun, stuck to a money management approach with my gaming budget, and took advantage of ALL the comps that I had earned.
So for me, I expect to 'win' on every trip.
