There are none. They are just like all the other "slot" machines in Washington.

A couple of the Seattle area casinos are fairly nice such as http://www.tulalipcasino.com/ and http://www.muckleshootcasino.com/
As stated above the VP is terrible. All Video Lottery based machines. That being said I've hit a lot of royals at these places. Pure luck!
They can be fun places to go though when you just have to have a Vegas fix.

Like mentioned above, the VP machines in Washington are all fake machines. The reason I call them fake is because they have the match card bonus. What this does is compensate for when you don’t hold the right cards. It’s like a slot machine. You press spin and it’s predetermined by the machine if it's a winner.
Last couple of times I was at Tulalip, I didn't bother holding any cards. I just kept hitting the deal button and if it’s a winner it will pay on the match card bonus. If three of a kind was dealt, I didn’t hold anything, just hit deal. You will get paid for the three of a kind. Tulalip and Snoqualmie both have the fake machines.
Vancouver BC is the closest place to us where you can get some real VP action. They have genuine Game King machines. I've hit four aces with kicker, twice, earlier this year in BC for $4,000 each. They just asked for my name. No ID or W2G.
The nice thing about Canada is they don't tax your wins over $1199 like they do in Vegas. I heard they don't start tracking the payouts unless you hit 10K or higher in a single win. The exchange rate when I was there was $1.00 US = $.99 Canadian. They also let you buy back your US dollars at the end of your session, if you want to get the exchange rate fees back.
The places I've been to in Canada: Edge Water Casino and River Rock Casino.
Edge water is a small place, no hotel and they only have about 10 VP machines as of May 2013.
River Rock is a much nicer place. Pretty good size casino, with hotel, and they have some VP machines near the bar where you can play and listen to live music.
Both places have $.25, $.50, $1.00, $2.00 VP with a good selection of games.
Hopefully we can pass some laws in WA to allow the card rooms to add real VP at the bar instead of those pull tabs.

Tulalip Casino hotel has Game Kings at the central bar.Not the greatest pay tables, but there are about 5 of them.
