So about a month ago my local casino got 2 Frenzy Poker machines and I have been playing them more than I should but does anybody know if when in Frenzy Mode the premium hands are on some type of seeding like a slot machine?

I have got quads while in normal mode as I would expect even premium hands. But I have been in Frenzy mode with trip Aces over 15 times and many of those where 9 to 7 draws and yet to hit the 4th. It must be close to 150-180 trip aces drawing hands.

Even the little ones like 2,3,4 I have yet to complete out of over 200 draws.

The other hands like 5-K come as expected its just the premium hands on TDB that seem to never complete?

It has me wondering if these bonus features are on a seeding wheel. And not random like on drawing hands. Just like SuperTimes. You will see way more 2,3x than you will see 10x so I doubt its random.

Well if you can forget my attitude about AC video poker for a minute, I will say that when it comes to ALL these gimmicky games, whereby what USED to be the best you could hope for (a royal flush or 4 aces) would pay 2000 to 4000 credits, now you have the chance to really put a dent in a casino's daily take with a hand that pays you 20,000 to 40,000 credits....it seems to me the casinos cannot just allow this to happen without seriously weighting the odds against it.Games like this frenzy deal you originally posted about, and also games like Good Times Pay, Super Times Pay, and many others......the so-called "gimmicks" just never seem to come any where near what we (reasonably) expect.    I avoid most of these games like the plague but I spend a lot of my downtime watching friends, relatives and complete strangers play these games.     I've seen a whole lot of busting out, and precious few "really big hits"....there is something going on that we do not know or understand with these games.Take Dreamcard......most people who play are NOT aware that for each version of Dreamcard (JOB, BP, DDB, Deuces, etc)  you have to check the HELP section to see what the percentage of time the dreamcard is activated, on average.    This is a VARIABLE setting that each casino can adjust to suit its needs.   For instance, in CAESARS AC, on the 5 star machines single line Dreamcard, they had their Deuces wild set at a rate of 56%, whereas the Trump Taj 3/5/10 line Dreamcard machine has its Deuces wild set at 51%........I would think that in other gimmicky games such variable settings are available for the casinos to utilize.
