Horseshoe Baltimore
Has anyone visited Horseshoe Baltimore? Have a chance to check out the VP inventory? I am hoping that it'll be better than the awful VP at MD Live.

I am a 7 Stars player. I visited Horseshoe Baltimore last week, one week after opening. VP inventory not that great but decent for a quick trip. The problem I had with the entire casino was the lack of knowledge and training of the employees. No one knew where VP was located. When I asked if there were any special benefits at Baltimore for 7 Stars players, I was asked "what is 7 stars?". They wiped out my rewards credit account by trying to put in free play that I told them was already in (according to my mailer)....then they treated me like I never played before when I told them what they did. TR manager came from outside the casino industry!!! Will I give them another shot, absolutely.....but I will wait a while until everyone knows what they are doing!!!

I wouldn't count on it. Casinos have to make a profit somehow after a 67% tax rate on slot machines. That's just LOL... And they aren't going to make as much from tables either when they are forced to offer Stand Soft 17 blackjack.
But VP Free says they have two Game Kings that offer 9/6 JoB and 9/6 DDB at the dollar and $2 level. Better than anything I have heard out of Maryland at this point.

I am also a 7Star, and I guess that I have less patience than you. I have high expectations for the treatment of hard-earned comps and awards, and I do not let ill-trained peeps get in the way. I also have little faith in CET's management chain. I would have had at least the casino manager involved at that point, and I would certainly have had the CET President of East Coast Ops EMail address for direct feedback on that experience when I got home.
