Hoosier Park Casino-Anderson,IN

Post by Louie46 »

I'm really looking forward to the new "casino" opening in Anderson, IN.  I checked to make sure vp machines would be included and was told there would be 250 of them.  Don't know what kind or payouts, but it will be the closest to me so I can't wait!  They are supposed to open the first part of June, 2008 and is located at the Hoosier Park Racetrack (horse racing).

Update - have been to the Hoosier Park Casino a couple of times -- it's not bad -- not impressed with the vp machines.  I've never seen anyone receive a hand pay when I've been there!  I'm generally lucky and the most I've won was $300. at one machine!  It's ok when I don't want to drive far!

Thanks for the update, Louie!  Not too many people out there from the forum it seems, but I'm sure some will find this info useful in the future. Keep us posted on your experiences there.

stay away from casino cash at Hoosier park - they double dip - you exchange points for cash and then have to insert money, when you hit the max button on a $.25 vp machine it deducts $1.25 from casino cash and $1.25 from your coins, that's $2.50 per play
